Thank you for shopping with Dr. TX. We aim to process and ship all orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery windows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some cases where carriers restrict package size. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery status is the carrier's responsibility.
If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
- If unresolved, email us at support@dr-tx.net and we will assist
Please note: We are not responsible for packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer input errors.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dr-tx.net.
Please include photos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Address Changes & Order Updates
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email us immediately. We can only update orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
