Thank you for choosing Dr. TX Memory Support, a neurologist-formulated supplement designed to support and preserve cognitive function. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our product.

Eligibility for Returns

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused bottles within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Sealed and in original packaging
  • Unused and untampered with
  • In the same condition in which they were received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened or used supplements cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return request, contact our support team at support@dr-tx.net.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief description of the reason for the return

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dr-tx.net. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please request a return or contact support about a damaged or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used supplements
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Any product marked as final sale

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card provider and verify the refund posted to your account. If still unresolved, contact us at support@dr-tx.net.
